I was born and raised in the Bay Area north of San Francisco. In 2021 I made the decision to see the Pacific Northwest and moved to Tacoma! Even before I was born, my father owned a dog daycare and boarding facility so I grew up surrounded by dogs of every variety. Eventually my dad started a dog walking service and I was hooked. Although I enjoyed being at the daycare, our pet supply store, and grooming shop, what I loved most was going with my father on dog walks and sharing the dogs love of the outdoors. Spending time with dogs and finding beautiful spots to walk are my passion, so walking dogs just made sense for me. Moving away from my childhood home and the fantastic outdoor areas was a big decision, only made harder knowing I would have to give up the dog walks as well. I joked about walking dogs when I came to Tacoma and realized, it was the perfect thing to do! Dogs have always been a big part in my life, so it felt weird not to continue with my passion for the outdoors and caring for dogs.
